High-powered Class D amplification
Just like the original Play, the Play CD features a powerful Class D amplifier delivering 60W per channel into 8Ω and 110W into 4Ω. This compact powerhouse ensures dynamic and detailed sound for a wide range of loudspeakers, making it ideal for bookshelf, tower, or even compact floorstanding speakers.
AKM DAC for ultra-precise sound
