The HAVEN Double is a dedicated three-shelf hi-fi stand designed for the system that has outgrown the workaround. Most hi-fi setups solve the wrong problem: the turntable gets a dedicated stand, the amplifier sits on a shelf that was never designed for it, and the CD player ends up wherever there is space. The HAVEN Double was designed to address this directly, with three open shelves proportioned specifically for full-size hi-fi components, a turntable on top, an amplifier in the middle, and a CD player below, built from walnut veneer over 18mm plywood. Each of the HAVEN Double’s three shelves is sized to the internal width of 455mm, providing the space a full-size turntable requires and the room a serious amplifier needs, with a shelf spacing of 150mm that accommodates the depth and ventilation requirements of real hi-fi components. This is a stand whose dimensions were determined by the equipment it was designed to hold, not by furniture convention, and the result is a setup that feels resolved and considered from every angle.
Walnut Veneer with Exposed Birch Edge
The HAVEN Double is constructed from walnut engineered veneer over 18mm plywood, sharing the same material language as every other component in the HAVEN system. The exposed birch plywood edge, a Bentolabs design signature, runs around every face of the piece, honest about the construction beneath and entirely coherent within the overall aesthetic. Whether standing alone or integrated into a larger HAVEN configuration, the HAVEN Double reads as a piece of considered walnut furniture rather than an afterthought in an equipment room.
Standalone or Part of the HAVEN System
The HAVEN Double stands on its own floor as a complete and self-contained hi-fi stand, with nothing else required. It also stacks directly onto any HAVEN record shelf unit when you are ready to bring the full system together, records below and source chain above, one piece of walnut furniture from floor to turntable. No adapters, no modifications, no compromises. It simply fits, in the same way that every component in the HAVEN system fits with every other.
