The Focal Kanta No. 2 is a three way floorstanding loudspeaker combining Flax cone midrange and bass drivers with an IAL3 pure Beryllium tweeter. This clearance listing is for the black cabinet finish with a Gauloise Blue front panel.
Designed for a full range stereo system, the Kanta No. 2 uses a dedicated midrange driver and two bass drivers. Its high density polymer front baffle, moulded cabinet and bass ports at the front and rear help control resonance and bass compression.
The Flax midrange driver incorporates Tuned Mass Damping suspension, while Focal’s Neutral Inductance Circuit technology helps stabilise the magnetic field. A separate amplifier is required.
