The Jadis I35 is a 30-watt pure Class A integrated tube amplifier that unites an active preamplifier and power amplifier stage in a single, beautifully crafted chassis, bringing the full emotional depth and vivid musicality of Jadis’ amplification philosophy to a self-contained and thoroughly capable integrated design. Delivering 30 watts per channel in pure Class A from a complement of four output tubes, the I35 achieves the harmonic richness, natural tonal decay, and three-dimensional imaging that define the Jadis sound, in an amplifier that connects directly to any line-level source and drives any compatible loudspeaker with complete authority and musical conviction.
Flexible Output Tube Complement
The I35 accommodates three different output tube types, KT88, KT120, and 6CA7, allowing the amplifier’s sonic character to be tailored to personal preference. The KT88 offers a bold, dynamic presentation with extended bass authority, the KT120 builds on this with even greater power reserves and a more expansive soundstage, while the 6CA7 brings a warmer, more harmonically saturated character reminiscent of the classic EL34. Whichever tube type is chosen, the I35’s active preamplifier section, built around three ECC82 and two ECC83 triodes, provides a clean, transparent, and musically involving signal path from input to output stage. Automatic bias adjustment ensures consistently optimal operating conditions throughout the life of the output tubes without the need for manual intervention.
Built for the Complete System
The I35 provides five line-level inputs and one line output, offering the source connectivity required to build a complete and versatile high-end audio system around the amplifier. Two speaker output terminals support bi-wiring configurations for compatible loudspeakers, allowing those who wish to explore the full potential of the I35’s pure Class A output stage to do so with maximum flexibility.
