Description
Canor AI 1.10 – Integrated Tube Amplifier (Premium Line)
The CANOR AI 1.10 is a fully integrated tube amplifier built around an entirely new topology and equipped with KT88 high-power output tubes. Developed to merge the finest sonic qualities of previous Canor designs, it operates in pure Class A with auto-bias and cathode feedback, delivering warmth, authority, and precision in equal measure. Designed for serious listeners, the AI 1.10 balances classic tube character with modern engineering control.
Pure Class A with Triode & Ultra-Linear Modes
The AI 1.10 operates in pure Class A and features instant switching between triode and ultra-linear modes. In ultra-linear mode, it delivers 2 x 40 W into 4 or 8 ohms, while triode mode provides 2 x 20 W for a more intimate, harmonically rich presentation. The built-in auto-bias function ensures optimal tube performance and extended tube life without manual adjustment.
Precision Tube Selection & Voltage Stability
Only precisely selected and paired vacuum tubes are used in the AI 1.10. Each tube undergoes a 200-hour burn-in process before being tested, matched, and approved for installation. The integrated Voltage Stabilization Circuit (VSC) monitors input voltage in real time and automatically selects the appropriate transformer winding (230V, 240V, or 250V), improving performance stability and prolonging tube lifespan.
Advanced Relay Volume Attenuator
The AI 1.10 employs a precision relay attenuator with 1 dB gain steps and a maximum attenuation of 63 dB. Signal passes through 0 to 6 relay contacts depending on volume level, ensuring exceptional transparency. Channel synchronization deviation is lower than 0.05 dB, outperforming even the finest traditional potentiometers. Independent attenuator blocks for each channel further enhance channel separation and imaging accuracy.
CMT™ PCB Technology
Canor’s proprietary CMT™ (CANOR® PCB Milling Technology) significantly reduces dielectric loss within the printed circuit boards, approaching the performance of air as a dielectric medium. This innovative milling process achieves parameters close to “wire-to-wire” connections, preserving signal purity and micro-detail.
Monoblock Capability
For increased output and performance, two AI 1.10 units can be connected in Master/Slave monoblock configuration via data cable. In this fully symmetrical bridge mode, output increases to 80 W per channel without requiring an additional preamplifier, delivering greater scale, control, and dynamic headroom.
