Description
Innuos STREAM3 Reference Music Streamer and Server
The Ultimate Foundation for Your High-Fidelity Journey
The Innuos STREAM3 is Innuos’ top-performance hi-fi music streamer and server, designed for those who demand reference-grade performance. Whether paired with a world-class external DAC or configured as an elegant all-in-one solution via the optional PhoenixDAC module, the STREAM3 is the defining element of a high-fidelity system. It delivers an uncompromised, pristine signal, meticulously timed and free of sonic artefacts, allowing any connected DAC to perform at its absolute best and revealing the full depth, texture, and emotion of every note. Equipped with state-of-the-art clocking, an ultra-low noise ARC6-CX power architecture designed in collaboration with Dr Sean Jacobs, a 10mm thick CNC-machined bead-blasted and anodised aluminium premium chassis, and Innuos’ in-house developed Sense software, the STREAM3 takes complete and uncompromising control over your digital audio. A Remote Control is included as standard.
ARC6-CX Integrated Linear Power Architecture
The STREAM3’s integrated ARC6-CX module, designed in collaboration with Dr Sean Jacobs, represents the heart of its sonic advantage. Combining 132,000uF of Mundorf capacitance, active rectification, and CX power regulation onto a single module, the ARC6-CX greatly reduces impedance and supplies ultra-clean power to the system from a large 300VA toroidal transformer with medical-grade AC filtering for the lowest possible noise floor. The 10mm thick CNC-machined aluminium chassis provides comprehensive vibration dampening and electromagnetic shielding, and a 4mm chassis grounding port allows for further noise reduction and the connection of external grounding accessories for even greater levels of detail retrieval.
Five Optional Output Modules for Any System
The STREAM3’s modular output bay accommodates five optional output modules, allowing the unit to be precisely configured for any connected system and upgraded as requirements evolve. The PerformanceDAC Board features the latest AKM DAC chip, high-grade TCXO clocks, independent power supplies for digital and analogue stages, and supports PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and Native DSD. The PhoenixDAC Board elevates this further with dual mono AKM DAC chips, an OCXO clock plus FemtoClocks for audio, independent power supplies, and both gold-plated RCA and XLR outputs, powered by its own accompanying power supply designed exclusively in partnership with Dr Sean Jacobs. The PhoenixUSB Board regenerates and reclocks the USB signal using a 3ppb 24MHz OCXO clock and LT3045 ultra-low noise linear regulators. The SPDIF Board provides superior coaxial, optical, and AES outputs supporting PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz. The PhoenixI2S Board bypasses conversion stages with a direct connection to your DAC chip via HDMI with eight pin configurations and FemtoClocks, supporting up to DSD1024.
Powerful Performance, Storage, and Connectivity
The STREAM3’s new Stream series mainboard uses 13th Generation Intel Quad-Core processing and 8GB of industrial-grade DDR5 RAM for a fast and efficient platform exceeding 200% faster processing than its predecessor. The operating system is carried on a dedicated TLC power-loss protected SSD with Real-Time Kernel technology trickled down from the ZEN Next-Generation series. Optional M2 NVMe SSD storage is available in 2TB, 4TB, or 8TB from the factory, or user-installed, with CD ripping available via an external USB optical drive. Three USB 3.2 ports, one USB-C port, and two 2.5Gb Ethernet ports with bridged streamer output provide comprehensive connectivity for any installation.
Innuos Sense App and Streaming Integration
The Innuos Sense app provides seamless access to Qobuz, TIDAL, Deezer, HighResAudio, IDAGIO, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Internet Radio, and podcasts, with full local library management, playlist creation, CD ripping, Smart-Q, and preset functionality. File format support covers WAV, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC, AAC, MP3, DSF, DFF, and MQA, with PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and DSD up to DSD512 via Native DSD. Roon Core and Endpoint, HQPlayer NAA Endpoint, and AssetUPnP Server modes are all supported.
