Today’s power lines are plagued with RF and EMI noise that couples into sensitive audio and video components through the AC supply, masking the low-level signal content that carries the crucial harmonics and ambiance in audio and the depth and clarity in video. The Elite-10 Ei’s exclusive Linear Filtering Technology provides transverse mode noise attenuation of greater than 40dB from 10kHz to 100kHz and greater than 80dB from 100kHz to 1GHz, dramatically reducing noise and ensuring consistent peak operation regardless of load conditions or time of day. Eight filtered outlets are provided in total: four linearly filtered outlets for analogue audio and general components, and four linearly filtered outlets with additional ultrasonic filtering specifically optimised for video components. Zero ground contamination circuitry provides additional protection for critical digital components throughout the system.

A digital AC voltage meter provides precise real-time measurement of the incoming AC line voltage, a valuable monitoring tool for systems connected to potentially poor or variable power grids. Retractable front panel LED lamps allow easy viewing of a full rack or cabinet of equipment even in a darkened theatre environment.
