McIntosh Power and Control
The MA8950 combines 200 watts per channel with McIntosh Autoformers, Power Guard and Sentry Monitor protection. Its DA2 Digital Audio Module includes USB, optical, coaxial, MCT and HDMI ARC connectivity for compatible sources and televisions. Moving Magnet and Moving Coil phono inputs support vinyl playback, while the five band analogue equaliser offers adjustment for different recordings and listening preferences.

MA8950 with Olympica G3 III
The new Olympica G3 III is a three way floorstander with a Camelia midrange in a sealed cork chamber and two 165mm bass drivers. A DAD Arrow Point silk tweeter completes the driver layout. It is the smaller of these two Olympica floorstanding suggestions, giving you a useful starting point when balancing cabinet size against the listening space.
MA8950 with Olympica G3 V
Olympica G3 V is the larger floorstanding choice in the new collection. Its three way design combines a Camelia midrange in a cork chamber with three 165mm woofers and a DAD silk tweeter. Compare this pairing with the G3 III when you have room for the larger cabinet and want to explore the range’s greater bass extension.
